What delivery services are available?
The delivery services we offer are Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class (depending on weight) and DPD Express Delivery. We deliver to participating schools and collection from our store is also available.
Do you accept returns for online orders?
Yes. Returns are excepted within 14 days for a full refund. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited upon receiving and inspecting of the items.
Can you delivery my order to school?
We delivery to participating schools every Thursday. Currently we have the following schools which accept orders to be collected from reception:
- The Marches School - Oswestry
- Sir John Talbot's School - Whitchurch
- Maes-Y-Llan - Ruabon
How long will it take to process my order?
We aim to process orders within 1-3 days. This timescale is dependant on stock and made-to-order items may take longer. Please bare in mind that we are especially busy during the summer holidays, but we aim for 1-3 days.
What if my order is out of stock?
If we do not have enough stock to complete your order, we will prepare your order as soon as possible. Orders which are out of stock can take approximately 7 days to complete, but it is usually a lot sooner. You will receive an email informing you that your order is awaiting stock.
Will you let me know if my order is ready?
Yes. We will update you via email and text as soon as your order has been processed. If the email you have provided is incorrect, we will call you using the supplied phone number.
How do I go about getting my school uniform stocked at Our Schoolwear?
